Error: The Microsoft Access database engine could not find the object ‘MSysDb’

ISSUE:
You receive an error:
“The Microsoft Access database engine could not find the object ‘MSysDb’. Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly.”

SOLUTION:

This error can occur when there is a problem with the workstation’s front end software file LimsCode5.mde. Try putting a new copy of LimsCode5.mde in the workstation’s C:\MSC-LIMS folder. You can do that either by opening file MSC-LIMS.cab in your Setup folder and copying LimsCode5.mde or just
run application file Setup.exe in the Setup folder from the workstation and let it update the installation. If that does not work try repairing the Access Runtime on the workstation.
