Label Printing Outside Of Margins

ISSUE:
Label prints outside of margins or (what should be) printed on one label is printed on two labels.

SOLUTION:

The LIMS sets the printer, paper size and margins when previewing/printing labels. We suggest you preview a single label using either the Labels tab of the System Configuration screen or the Container Labels option. The label should appear as a single page.

If more than one page appears, use Page Setup to view the margins and paper size, which should look like this:

If the paper size and margins are different, it could be that Dymo software is the issue and we suggest uninstalling all Dymo software and printer drivers then reinstall ONLY the Dymo printer driver.
