Messaging’s Email Subjects

Q: I have a customer who wants to see the product description in the subject line for the results messages. Is this possible and if so, how?

A: Yes, you can configure customer-specific subject lines for emails sent by Messaging. In this case, use a subject expression on the Messaging tab of the customer setup screen to add the sample’s description to the subject. Double-click the Subject field for expression examples. The field name for the sample’s description is “Description” so possible expressions are:
