Selecting Excel Template Folders

Q: [In the] workstation configuration screen, when I select folders and the import and export templates browse button there are no excel files to choose from but I know they are in those directories.

A: The [Browse…] buttons on the Folders tab of the Workstation Configuration screen are used to choose folders where the template files reside and not individual template files. For this reason, the folder selection dialog shows only folders and not individual files in the folders. When the dialog shows a folder is empty it simply means the folder contains no other folders.
