Who Deleted Samples and When
A user recently asked:
“Is there a way in LIMS to see when samples are deleted? There’s a batch of five that was deleted but we’re not sure when or who deleted it.”
You can use the Audit Trail report on the Samples menu to see who deleted the samples and the date and time deleted. In the Audit Trail Setup dialog, specify a date range that encompasses the suspected date the samples were deleted then select “Sample Deleted” for the audit type. Query then preview the report and you will find who deleted the samples and the date, time, and reason they were deleted.
