Log individual samples one at a time for low-volume sampling. To speed logging of repetitive samples, define a login batch with shared characteristics, ideal for routine and high-volume sampling.

Enter results for single samples with multiple analyses. Or, enter results for multiple samples at once. Results can be imported from instruments or existing Excel spreadsheets using our integrated Excel interface.

With the optional Messaging component, automatically send an email with sample information when a sample is logged or completed.

Schedule samples to be logged by a specific date and optionally repeat at a given frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.). The system automatically generates a warning when a scheduled sample is due or overdue.

Prevent lost or expired samples with automatic warnings when a sample has an analysis due. Tracking features include quick location of incomplete or past-due samples and samples with warnings. Keep track of your daily work with bench sheets and work load reports.

Design custom queries using any combination of sample criteria (project, analyte, location, sample type, date, etc.) to locate and report your desired sample data. Build user-defined reports using structured query language (SQL) to satisfy your reporting needs.

Use our extensive list of built-in reports to collect, analyze, and present lab data. Generate chain-of-custody reports, bench sheets, sample summaries, invoices, analytical batches, and more. Our user-defined report builder allows you to create your own custom reports. Export report data to spreadsheets for further analysis.
Invoicing and Customer Lists
Maintain customer lists and assign costs by analysis, project and customer. Generate detail and summary invoices to upload to your accounting system or export to your own invoice templates.
Instrument and Procedure Lists
Maintain instrument and lab procedure records and generate calendars with instrument maintenance, calibration, and procedure schedules.

Barcoding
Automatically generate barcoded container labels when logging samples, or design your own. Speed results entry by scanning sample containers, barcoded worksheets, or sample lists.

Use Windows Authentication to add users. Assign users to one of five permission roles with hierarchical privileges (Read Only, Sampler, Technician, Admin, Owner).
